Gravity: a pull between things

Gravity is an attraction between things that have mass. It helps keep your feet on Earth and the Moon traveling around Earth.

Gravity does not switch off above the clouds. Astronauts in orbit float because they and their spacecraft are falling together.

Wonder about this

Is there no gravity where astronauts orbit Earth?

A science clue

There is still gravity. The spacecraft and astronauts are in continuous free fall together.
